Just before I got there, I tried to transition from the bike lane onto a driveway to a marina that is closed off. I really didn't expect there to be a lip on the driveway from the road. The lip caught the side of my tire and I went crashing down on my right side; scraped up my right arm and leg, but worse, I bruised my ribs and I am in a lot of pain. It's even difficult to breath! I am not sure if this area belongs to Huntington Beach or the county, but I am wondering if I have a case. Please advise.
